Black Cat Appreciation
We've read this BBC news article that says more and more black cats are being are being left at the RSPCA and that it's becoming increasingly difficult to rehome them and the alarming reason for this trend is that they don't "show well" in selfies.

Pets are living beings that enrich our lives, it should be a mutual relationship of respect, love and care. If you've abandoned a cat because it's not showing up on your instagram and go on to replace it with one that's more photogenic so you can "show" yourself as an animal lover you're completely contradicting yourself.
